Who is Stuart L. Plotnick
Attorney Plotnick knows how the legal system works, inside and out. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts all over our area. Prior to opening his law firm, he worked in the personal injury and insurance fields representing the insurance companies and their interests. He served for 10 years as trial counsel and managing counsel for CNA Insurance. As Managing Trial Attorney, he acted as lead counsel and oversaw a team of trial attorneys. He also handled the insurance company's most challenging injury and insurance cases.
Mr. Plotnick then joined the Washington, D.C. office of Travelers Insurance, where he headed the Insurance and Injury Litigation Practice Group. Again, he was the lead counsel overseeing a team of attorneys, while at the same time representing a variety of different clients in state and federal courts, including:

- Healthcare and medical providers
- Businesses
- Contractors and construction firms
- Product manufacturers
